Warranty Policy on all Products

Rogers Products:

1 year parts and labour for electrical and structural failure.
Component failure has a 1 year parts warranty. When a Rogers product has been purchased and not being fitted by Cleveland Alliances Ltd, we cover replacement parts only and not labour. Wheel bearings, wheel forks and joints that have not been maintained are NOT covered under the warranty. Damage from misuse or collision is not covered under the warranty.

Gambetti ProPlus Demount & Pro Tractor Mounted Sprayers:

1 year parts and labour for mechanical and electrical failure. 
3 year*** parts warranty for steel work structural failure.
Structural failure is all steel work that has not incurred damage from misuse. Wheel bearings, wheel forks and joints have 1 years warranty. If they have not been maintained, they are NOT covered under the warranty. Damage from misuse or collision is not covered under the warranty.

Gambetti Eco Tractor Mounted Sprayers:

1 year parts and labour for mechanical and electrical failure. 
Damage from misuse or collision is not covered under the Warranty.

Gambetti Pro Trailed

1 year parts and labour for mechanical and electrical failure. 
3 year*** parts warranty for structural failure.

Cleveland Chemical Handler

1 year parts and labour for mechanical and electrical failure. 
Damage from misuse or collision is not covered under the Warranty.

Rotomec Products

1 year parts and labour for mechanical and electrical failure.
Damage from misuse or collision is not covered under the Warranty. Failure to grease and lubricate moving parts, and failure to check gearbox oil levels, will result in the warranty being void. 

Greensiron 3900 products

1 year parts and labour for mechanical and electrical failure. 
3 year*** parts warranty for steel work structural failure.

Arag Computer Rate Controllers and GPS

1 year parts and labour for mechanical and electrical failure.
Damage from misuse or water ingress is not covered. Computers purchased, fitted to a machine supplied by Cleveland Alliances will have the full 1 year warranty. Computers purchased for retrofit have 1 year parts warranty only.

Authorisation

Warranty Claims MUST be authorised by Cleveland Alliances before any work is carried out. Any parts that are requested must be accompanied with a purchase order number, unless the defective part is returned in advance. Photographs of the defection should be sent along with the claim.
